17px;">2024年，在市委、市政府的坚强领导下，在省人社厅、教育厅等上级部门的亲切关怀下，院党委牢记为党育人、为国育才初心使命，始终坚持“立德树人”根本任务，贯彻落实省、市“三个年”活动。全院教职工紧紧围绕院党委“112336” 工作思路，全面实施提质强校“八大工程”，锚定“质量立校、人才强校、特色兴校、提质强校”治校方略，深化教育教学改革，加强内涵建设，推动学院高质量发展。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">近年来，学院紧扣高质量发展主题，实施人才强校“双百人才”工程，百余名研究生和百余名双师型教师任教，培养国家级教学名师2名，国家高技能人才培育突出贡献工作者1名，国家级裁判7名，省级劳模2名，省级优秀教师10名，省技术能手18名，省级教学能手6名，省级技能大师工作室领头人1名，省级“首席技师”3名，省级思政课程“教学标兵”5名 ，师资力量在全省中职院校中首屈一指，在全国各类大赛中成绩喜人，教师孙文博同志在全国机械行业智能制造与精密检测协同创新中心、机械行业企业人才认证与就业服务联盟联合举办的首届高端数控加工技术邀请赛“五轴加工技术”赛项中荣获银奖；教师袁蒙同志荣获2024年全国行业职业技能竞赛—第四届全国仪器仪表制造技能竞赛“二等奖”；教师宜渭峰同志在黄河流域九省（区）第一届职业技能大赛中荣获数控车赛项铜牌。同时，学院建成并投入使用1.2万平米产教融合实训楼，投入1000余万元建成计算机工学一体化教学基地，工业机器人、新能源汽车、机电一体化实训室、电子商务客服中心等。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section
