修订草案还取消了对婚姻登记地域管辖的规定。规定内地居民结婚，男女双方应当共同到婚姻登记机关办理结婚登记。内地居民自愿离婚的，男女双方应当签订书面离婚协议，共同到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。
另外根据《民法典》的相关规定，草案新增了关于30天“离婚冷静期”“婚前隐瞒重大疾病可撤销婚姻”等条例，并对“离婚冷静期”进行了具体的规定，明确自婚姻登记机关收到离婚登记申请之日起三十日内，任何一方不愿意离婚的，可以向原申请离婚登记的婚姻登记机关撤回离婚登记申请，婚姻登记机关应当终止离婚登记程序。

我不支持，一点都不支持
女孩长大了交男朋友领结婚证是顺其自然的，应该得到父母祝福的。如果要是有些人贩子拐的或者单纯的女孩被骗了，瞒着父母偷偷和男方私定终生的不需要户口本就能领到结婚证的，我觉得是害了女孩子。我特别反对！！ 1.户口簿能够退出婚姻登记的历史舞台，实际上是源于技术的进步。全国婚姻登记信息实现大数据联网后，安全性会更高。2.家暴案件的核心在于控制，施暴方通常不会轻易同意协议离婚，当事人多半选择诉讼离婚。而离婚冷静期的规定并不适用于诉讼离婚。我认为这是社会进步的体现，极大地便利了人们的生活。尤其是对于那些异地工作的情侣来说，这一规定让他们能够更加轻松地步入婚姻殿堂，不再被繁琐的手续所困扰。婚姻是两个人的事情，只要双方自愿并且符合法律规定的条件，就应该能够顺利结婚，而不应该受到户口簿等外在因素的过多限制。从个人角度来看，结婚不再需要户口簿既有积极的一面，也存在一些需要谨慎考虑的地方。积极方面，它确实为那些真心相爱的人扫除了一个重要的障碍，让婚姻登记更加便捷高效。它体现了对个人婚姻自主权的尊重，使人们能够更加自主地决定自己的婚姻大事。而且，这也符合现代社会追求自愿、自由、平等的价值观念。
