在网上收藏了很多做月饼的视频。做枣泥馅非常麻烦，先是把枣煮熟去枣核，然后用破壁机打碎，过筛，筛出枣皮。把剩下的枣泥放锅中炒，我又加了一些枣肉和葡萄干，期间两次加入玉米油，家里没有玉米油，就用的色拉油。直到把水分炒没，成团。
用油、鸡蛋、糖、小苏打和面，然后醒发。我严格按照视频中给的量操作的。不知道为什么，醒发后的面非常散，不成团，馅打不进去，强行的包了点馅。烤箱预热5分钟，上下火200°烤了10分钟，就成了这个四不像的样子。
倒是不难吃，但是面饼软而且开裂。感觉那个面像油放多了，但是我按照它给的那个量做的呀！
我是89年的，我对所有的点心都不感兴趣。。什么馅的月饼都不喜欢吃。。尤其是那种里面带红绿丝的那种。。但是我妈妈那一辈的人大多数都是喜欢吃这种点心！ 基本上不吃了 现在都是吃低糖月饼 太甜的月饼都是糖油混合物 我喜欢五仁馅的月饼，尤其是石灰岩产的 喜欢吃五仁月饼一般都在超市买，便宜方便而且实惠。 建议大家还是咱渭南石灰岩的月饼好！ 坦率的说 老夫喜欢别人送的莲蓉蛋黄馅月饼
