cursor: text; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); letter-spacing: 0.544px; text-indent: 40px; font-family: 宋体, SimSun;'>会议强调，学校食堂食品安全关系到广大师生的身体健康和生命安全，责任重大。各学校要高度重视，切实履行食品安全主体责任，严格落实食品安全管理制度。一是要加强食品原料采购管理，严格执行进货查验和索证索票制度，确保所采购的食品原料来源合法、质量合格。二是要全面排查食品加工区、食品贮存区、清洗消毒保洁区和餐用具区是否符合食品安全规范，要规范食品储存，按照食品储存要求进行分类存放，防止交叉污染，对超过保质期、腐败变质、油脂酸败、霉变生虫、或者感官性状异常的食材进行销毁；三是要对学校食堂进行全面消杀，配备配齐有害生物防治设施、餐饮具清洗消毒等设备并确保各餐饮服务设施能够正常运转。四是要严格加工操作过程，做到生熟分开、烧熟煮透，避免食品受到污染。</span></p></section></section></section><section style='display: flex;justify-content: flex-end;z-index: 5;'><section style='display: flex;margin-top: -5px;padding-right: 10px;'><section style='width: 10px;
