真的是，人世再好，下辈子不来了！！ 我现在已经退休了，至于裁员不我还真不晓得，薪资从工资卡看没有降薪的迹象。但我想裁员对我退休上干的行业无关。 哎，说起这个，就得说说我最近找的工作了，以前没接触过，就是图个离家近，所以就在小区门口菜鸟驿站上班了，刚开始那几天特别不适应，干的腿疼，腰疼，每天都在跟各种快递各种人打交道，现在一个月了，工资还没发，那天见了老板问了一下，说是月底给我发，还不知道能不能拿到手，听说这个老板喜欢拖欠工资，现在我等月底工资发了再看 2015年已经内退了，当时单位答应的好好的，实际上比正常上班的同志每个月少拿二千多，无所谓啦，反正没有上班，没受单位的那些约束，混呗！ 工作在教育部门，一直工作了35了，马上就要退休了，听说全社会都在议论降薪，太可怕了，钱都去哪了？贪官藏起来了，许老板带走了……吗？ en。。我属于家庭主妇！么有薪水。。只有生活费！裁员暂时还不会！可能是老板暂时资金不够雄厚的原因！ 老板降薪，我直接不干了，中国最不缺的就是人，老板不在乎你，我也感觉我的劳动不至于那么廉价 就职于央企化工行业，没有降薪和裁员一说，吃饭有饭卡，超市有购物卡，电影卡，各种卡，基本每月不花钱 美业人，这几年美业的一些从业者一直再打价格战，也是弄的整个行业的价位一让再让，利润低的可怕，弄的很美心情 建筑行业裁员何时休！一个一块进公司十年的同事被裁了，因为是劳务派遣，这是出乎大家预料的，因为他已经做到了项目的班子了，原来的几波裁员基本都是进公司五年以下的，是在公司快速发展期间招进来的那波人。不过现在的形势，大家对裁员也不抵触，甚至还抱有期望，被裁可以拿到补偿，自己主动离职一毛钱没有。随着不断降薪，赔偿标准也会越来越低，还不如提早被裁，拿着补偿另谋出路。还在苦苦坚守的我们，何时能看到曙光，大家都说今年是行业最坏的一年，也可能是未来最好的一年。 我们是军工厂，目前不会裁员，工资还可以！尽管2024年上半年军工行业面临一些挑战，但随着新型号陆续放量，航空、航天等核心赛道有望迎来订单好转、业绩提速，行业前景依然看好。同时，军工行业的信息化、智能化发展趋势明显，新质生产力不断涌现，为行业的长期发展提供了动力。
在房地产行业工作。
随着国家政策的一再收紧，从大城市到小城市，房价不断下跌。无数买了房子的人悔不当初，甚至有人还为此跳楼自杀。但是无论怎么后悔，房价下跌已经成了一个不争的事实，而且从长远来看还会继续下跌。
如今的房地产行业基本上门可罗雀，就算有去看房的，也是货比三家，利润远远没有原来那么可观了。
在这种情况之下，房地产行业似乎再也不需要那么多从业人员，于是裁员潮第一个就通向了这个行业。在2024年，已经有无数房地产行业人员失业，未来还会有更多的人被裁员。 我是自由职业者，可能遇到降薪或者裁员。但是今年的钱很难挣，什么行业的钱都不好挣。有很多朋友都遇到了降薪或者要被公司裁员的可能性。现在大家心里都很不安。这主要还是大的经济环境不景气造成的。 只要不裁员，降薪也没辙，不敢随便辞职，有班上就不错了。眼见这退休年龄延迟了，不干不行呀。 家庭主妇，带孩子，没工作。 我在服务行业，没有遇到降薪但是遇到了裁员。 私人单位上班，以降工资为主
