1-10月全市经济稳中有升
<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"><section data-role="outer" label="edit by 135editor" data-mpa-powered-by="yiban.io"><section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="121531"><section style='margin: 10px auto;'><section style='display: flex;justify-content: space-between;align-items: flex-end;'><section style='flex-shrink: 0;'><section style='width: 6px;height: 6px;border-width: 1px;border-style: solid;border-color: rgb(250, 179, 103);'><br></section></section><section style='flex-shrink: 0;'><section style='width: 6px;height: 6px;border-width: 1px;border-style: solid;border-color: rgb(250, 179, 103);'><br></section></section></section><section style='padding: 15px 10px;border-width: 1px;border-style: solid;border-color: rgb(250, 179, 103);margin: -1px 5px;'><section data-autoskip="1" style='line-height: 1.75em; letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;'><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:18px;'>四季度以来，全市上下继续深入贯彻落实中、省各项决策部署，坚持稳中求进工作总基调，聚焦县域高质量发展，全力稳定经济增长，全市经济运行呈现稳中有进的良好态势。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:18px;'>一、工业生产平稳增长，高技术制造业增长加快</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:18px;'>1-10月，全市规模以上工业增加值同比增长6.8%，较1-9月提高0.1个百分点。其中，采矿业同比下降1.9%，制造业增长9.7%，电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业增长5.8%；能源工业增长5.4%，非能工业增长7.7%。1-10月，全市高技术制造业增加值同比增长8.7%，较1-9月提高2.5个百分点，其中航空航天器及设备制造业、电子及通信设备制造业实现两位数增长，分别增长105.0%、23.1%。从主要产品产量看，原煤增长1.4%、发电量增长6.0%、钢材下降5.9%。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:18px;'>二、固定资产投资提速，工业投资持续向好</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:18px;'>1-10月，全市固定资产投资同比增长9.7%，较1-9月提高0.7个百分点。分产业看，第一产业投资同比下降34.4%，第二产业投资增长16.6%，第三产业投资增长9.2%。分领域看，基础设施投资增长42.1%，拉动全市固投增长6.7个百分点；工业投资增长16.9%，较1-9月提高0.7个百分点，拉动全市固投增长6.4个百分点，其中制造业投资增长41.0%，拉动全市固投增长6.9个百分点；房地产开发投资下降19.7%，降幅较1-9月收窄2.5个百分点，下拉全市固投增速4.8个百分点。全市商品房销售面积下降33.1%，较1-9月收窄1.2个百分点。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:18px;'>三、消费市场有所升温，对外出口持续提升</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:18px;'>1-10月，全市限额以上消费品零售额同比增长8.0%，较1-9月提高0.2个百分点。按经营单位所在地分，城镇消费品零售额增长7.8%，乡村消费品零售额增长13.5%。按消费类型分，餐饮收入下降4.3%，商品零售增长9.3%。基本生活类商品销售稳定，部分升级类销售较好。粮油食品类零售额增长32.3%，服装、鞋帽、针纺织品类增长33.9%，石油及制品类增长18.7%，体育、娱乐用品类增长34.8%，新能源汽车增长156.2%。1-10月，全市进出口总额18.48亿元，同比下降0.3%，其中出口15.93亿元，增长17.5%，增速较1-9月提高2.2个百分点。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:18px;'>四、财政收支保持增长，金融市场运行稳定</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:18px;'>1-10月，全市地方财政收入完成74.58亿元，同口径同比增长3.5%；财政支出完成474.34亿元，同口径同比增长4.4%。截至10月底，全市金融机构人民币各项存款余额4181.16亿元，同比增长7.4%，其中住户存款3402.49亿元，增长10.1%；各项贷款余额2173.32亿元，增长8.2%，其中短期贷款380.31亿元，下降1.7%，中长期贷款1597.44亿元，增长11.3%。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:18px;'>总的来看，随着稳经济各项措施的深入推进，积极因素也在积累增多。但也要看到，国内外宏观经济环境依然严峻复杂，内生动力仍需加强，市场需求依然偏弱，向好基础还待巩固。下一步，要继续深入学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神和习近平总书记历次来陕考察重要讲话重要指示，全面落实省委、省政府关于经济稳增长各项部署要求，扎实推动经济高质量发展，全力冲刺全年经济社会发展目标任务。</span></p></section></section><section style='display: flex;justify-content: space-between;align-items: flex-end;'><section style='flex-shrink: 0;'><section style='width: 6px;height: 6px;border-width: 1px;border-style: solid;border-color: rgb(250, 179, 103);'><br></section></section><section style='flex-shrink: 0;'><section style='width: 6px;height: 6px;border-width: 1px;border-style: solid;border-color: rgb(250, 179, 103);'><br></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style='text-align: center;'><br></p><p><br></p><p style='display: none;'><mp-style-type data-value="3"></mp-style-type></p></div><p></p>
