15px;'>为了加强城市生活垃圾无害化处理，改善城市生态环境，根据《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》、住建部《城市生活垃圾管理办法》和《陕西省城市市容环境卫生条例》、陕西省发展改革委员会《陕西省政府定价的经营服务性收费目录清单》(2024版)等相关法规和规定，经合阳县人民政府同意，从2025年5月1日起由县环境卫生管理中心集中征收城市生活垃圾处理费。现将有关事项公告如下:</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>一、收费依据</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>合阳县人民政府关于印发《合阳县城市生活垃圾收费管理办法》的通知</span><span style='font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;'>（</span><span style='font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;'>合政发</span><span style='caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'>5号</span><span style='caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'>）</span><span style='caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'>文件。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>二、征收范围和对象</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>县城内产生生活垃圾的国家机关、社会团体、企事业单位、物业小区、普通住宅居（农）民户、生产经营单位、个体经营户等对象。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>三、征收标准</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（一）</span><span style='font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;'>国家机关、企事业单位、社会团体按在册干部职工每人每月2元收取，由各单位负担。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（二）宾馆、旅店、医院除按上述第一款收取外，每张床每月征收1.30元</span><span style='text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;'>（</span><span style='caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'>按实际床位的80%计征或按照面积计征每平方米每月0.5元</span><span style='caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'>）</span><span style='caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'>。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（三）饮食、理发、洗浴业，每月每平方米0.80元，车站、停车场、煤厂及各类加工修理业每平方米每月1元。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（四）商业门店、其它办公服务场所每平方米每月1元，电影院、剧院、KTV、网吧、茶座等文化娱乐场所每平方米每月1元。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（五）</span><span style='font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;'>按规定设置的各类市场如早市、夜市、集市、饮食、瓜果、蔬菜等摊位每天每平方米0.50元。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（六）</span><span style='font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;'>居（农）民</span><span style='text-indent: 30px;caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;'>（</span><span style='text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;'>含城区暂住人口</span><span style='text-indent: 30px;caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;'>）</span><span style='text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;'>每户每月5元。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;'>（七）洗车台（点）每平方米每月10元。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（八）公交、出租汽车、国家机关和企事业单位车辆每座每月5元，货运车辆每吨每月5元。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（九）实行物业管理的单位、小区、社区、街巷等，生活垃圾必须实行分类，按规定将分类的生活垃圾运至城区生活垃圾压缩转运站，并向环境卫生主管部门缴纳生活垃圾处置费，每吨30元。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（十）城区公厕实行免费服务。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（十一）单</span><span style='font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;'>位垃圾代运，每吨按30元收取。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>四、收费用途</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>用于支付城市环卫清扫、公厕管理、生活垃圾压缩站垃圾压缩、运输和处理费用。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>五、征收方式</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>1、由合阳县环境卫生管理中心工作人员上门征收。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>2、缴费对象可以选择到合阳县凤凰西路住建局办公大楼二楼合阳县环境卫生管理中心生活垃圾处理费征收办公室缴纳。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>六、相关说明</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>1、单位和个人未按规定缴纳城市生活垃圾费，依照《城市生活垃圾管理办法》</span><span style='text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;'>（</span><span style='caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;text-indent: 苛捐杂税猛于虎，没有支柱产业的地方财政，现在也困难，这就开始广开财源了，5 块钱不多，可是蚊子再小也是肉，架不住数量多啊
