自我解压三件套，吹牛喝酒打牌。偶尔外出进山里转转，不过今年以来一直在装修，没有时间进行别的活动。 我们没有周末，因为干的私人单位，尤其服务行业，周末生意是最好的时候，就休不了假，休假只能周内休假了，不过每天晚上下班回家，喝一二两酒，解解乏，这一天就过去了，第二天又是信心饱满的面对一天， 我发工作没有周末，没有假期。解压放送自己就是不出门，躺床上睡觉，啥也不做，啥也不想，脑袋放空空 周末休息，一般都自由活动或者约三五好友吃吃喝喝玩玩乐乐一天，昨天周六我们八个人聚在我家玩到晚上十点多，谈谈过往那些云烟，把未来畅想成光洋洋洒洒，一天的事就过去了。 周末就要出去看美景，逛街吃好吃的美食，每个星期都特别的辛苦，所以周末一定要放松一下，让家人都开开心心的出去好好的玩耍，下一周才可以好好的工作和学习，所以周末一定要出去放松一下，大家一定要记住放松的心情就会变好的 周末当然要出去放松自己喽，一般有可能的话去博物馆，去感受一下文化的气息，所以我觉得周末一定要出去放松一下自己，让自己和家人都放松，开心一点，自己才有动力，更加的努力工作和学习，祝大家周末愉快 当然不用说了，肯定是睡到自然醒。然后出去吃美食逛街购物。一定要玩得开开心心的犒劳一下自己和家人。让一个星期的疲惫都消散。让孩子也好好的放松一下自己，现在学习压力太大了，必须要出去好好的玩耍。 那必须要出去玩耍呀，这个不用说的。天天工作学习，真的太辛苦了，太累了，感觉都没意思。周末那必须要去吃顿大餐还要去逛街买很多好吃的好玩的。好好的，犒劳自己和家人一定要辛苦工作，就是为了周末好好的玩耍。加油，放松自己。 我的周末，一般周六在娘家，周日在婆家。陪陪家人，买买菜，做做饭，刷刷手机，看看电视，睡睡懒觉，洗洗衣服。周末嘛就应该放慢生活节奏，多休息休息。 打工人的生活哪里有周末，平时干完活就看看书，刷刷视频，听音乐睡觉放松！自己的心情自己调节，不吐槽，不压抑，啥事不往心里去！过好第一天 平常上班忙，周末搞搞家里卫生，有空回老家转一圈，任务没完成，逛街旅游暂时不考虑。 退休了，生活很自在。

有很多方法都可以达到放松心情的目的，每个人可根据自己的爱好去选择。
我双休周末基本上都是这样打发的:
难得的周末，最惬意的肯定是要睡到自然醒了。起床后为自己做顿营养早餐，听听自己喜欢的音乐，吃完早餐再捣腾捣腾自己在楼顶种的花花草草，让心情彻底放个假。
碰上天气好的周末，便会跟家人一同驱车去市郊，找个风景优美小溪边的小树林、草地，野餐或野炊，亲近大自然，让心在蔚蓝的天空任意飞翔！
偶尔也会换上运动装备，去附近的青年公园跑上一圈，或者去附近的桃花江步道骑行一圈，让多巴胺充盈整个身心！ 天气好的时候去钓鱼，野炊等等，最近天气太热，可以和三两好友在室内聚会，增进彼此之间的感情，更能让自己在欢声笑语中释放压力。

我周五下班偶尔就会做反差大的，下班是最快乐的心情，去户外出一身汗，或者去逛街，散步吹风，晚上回家洗个澡，美美再迎接周六。
周六去超市买了15块钱的猪耳朵，一个人躲在车里吃完再回家。
周日不出门，窝在家里，中午喝点小酒，天气好躺在阳台，除了偶尔掠过的鸟会打扰一下，内心很平静！无聊的生活中，尽量让自己开心！
下午去公园，看鸭子游泳，抬头看天、看树枝桠、看缝隙中的阳光，安静站在湖边看鸭子游泳是我最平静最舒适的时光。 工作日太辛苦，终于又熬到了周末。炒几个小菜，与老公小饮几杯。酒足饭饱，点一部经典电影，一边欣赏，一边在App上下单自己喜欢吃的果蔬肉类，准备明天好好犒劳一下自己。
生活要张弛有度、劳逸结合才有乐趣。弦绷得太紧可不行，万一一不小心断了就晚了，所以得适时想方设法替自己解压。友友们，你们说对不？ 选择周边游，咱们的桃花源、天留山、下邽镇……远一点富平、大荔、蒲城、铜川……都是周末好去处。 有条件的话，我喜欢出去逛一逛，不去人工景区，就去没有被开发的自然景观，约好友几个，找个有山有水的地方，喝喝茶，聊聊天，草坪上坐坐河水里玩玩，惬意而又随意，不需要多么有名气的地方，舒心舒意足也 上倒班的没有周末细说，只有早班，中班，夜班，休班，休班了我会出去做兼职送外卖，穿梭在渭南市区的大街小巷，各个小区，接触着各种不同人群，也是一种放松！ 兜兜风，找个风景优美的地方，溜达溜达，再来个烧烤助兴，吃起来既好吃又放心，一家人一起开开心心，既吃了喝了，又玩了浪了，吃喝玩乐一样不落下，多好
