margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.75; text-indent: 2em;'><font face="宋体" size="3">会议重点解读了陕西“秦知贷”知识产权质押融资相关政策，专家老师围绕知识产权布局、品牌价值提升及融资路径等主题展开讲解；白水县盛隆果业有限公司、陕西旭峥贸易有限责任公司、陕西谷佳现代有机农业科技有限责任公司3家企业代表就知识产权金融服务需求进行发布；建设银行、招商银行就知识产权金融服务推介了质押融资贷款相关差异化产品，探索“知识产权+信用”组合模式，为企业提供多元化融资选择，白水县宏昌实业有限公司、白水县盛隆果业有限公司分别与邮储银行、陕西信合现场进行知识产权质押融资意向签约，“政银企服”协同推进取得实质性成效，实现“知识产权”向“金融资产”的价值转化。</font></p><p style='text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.75; text-indent: 2em;'><font face="宋体" size="3">会议结合白水县白酒酿造产业实际需求，开展专利挖掘专题培训，现场发放了《渭南市知识产权公共服务登记表》《公共服务助力白水县白酒酿造产业发展项目企业调研表》，征集企业在知识产权方面的实际需求，为后续制定针对性的支持措施提供数据基础。</font></p><p style='text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.75; text-indent: 2em;'><font face="宋体" size="3">会后，渭南市食品药品和知识产权服务中心联合白水县市场监管局深入白水县秋林苹果专业合作社、陕西旭峥贸易有限责任公司开展知识产权入企服务。详细了解企业在知识产权创造、运用、保护和管理等方面的情况，针对企业存在的困难和问题，提出切实可行的解决方案，并向企业宣传了知识产权政策，鼓励企业加大创新力度，提升核心竞争力，增强企业的知识产权意识。</font></p><p style='text-align: justify;
