line-height: 1.6; letter-spacing: 0.034em;">经办模式，通过后台数据比对精准发放，并通过短信等方式告知企业；对没有对公账户的小微企业，可将资金直接返还至当地税务部门协助提供的其缴纳社会保险费的账户；指导劳务派遣单位主动申请稳岗返还，并按规定及时拨付和使用资金，避免出现截滞留问题；稳岗返还资金发放时间原则上不超过次年1月底。要推动证岗相适，进一步提高技能提升补贴政策针对性和实效性。加强对急需紧缺职业（工种）的支持，更好服务企业岗位需求和本地产业发展、就业需要。要加强主动服务，通过短信、APP、小程序、公众号等向符合失业保险金申领条件的失业人员推送申领渠道，审核完毕后及时反馈结果。</span></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;
