手机可以玩，但是要适度玩。特别是现在人人都离不开手机的时代，个人觉得最重要的是要培养孩子自控能力，每次玩多久？玩什么？怎么玩？玩完之后还可以跟孩子探讨从中得到了什么启发！

对于孩子玩手机行为作为家长要积极的去引导，现在很多父母在面对孩子玩手机时，往往控制不住自己的情绪，一味责备、呵斥甚至争吵。这种负面情绪的宣泄，非但不能解决问题，反而会让孩子感到不被理解，更加抗拒父母的管教。 我觉得还是要适当的放宽吧，因为大人每天都在玩手机，确实手机上可以学会很多东西，有些时候父母没办法讲的东西，他可以在手机上学的，所以我觉得自己爱学习的孩子，他肯定是特别爱学习，会控制好时间，还是应该给孩子一定的自由一天，还是可以适当的看看手机学习手机上的，不管是生活还是其他方面的知识都可以的，总之我觉得没必要禁止孩子玩手机，那样是不可能的 肯定可以适当的放松玩手机呀，手机上可以学到书本以外的知识，也可以学习到生活中或者其他方面的知识，我觉得还是挺好的，有些时候新闻也是很重要的，孩子可以从中学习到比如说谁家发生什么事了，要吸取到什么教训，在这个手机上都是可以学习跟我说还是可以放宽玩手机，总之绝对不能禁止玩手机，那样确实是不行的，适当的放松给孩子规定一下时间，孩子也会好好学习的，然后放松的时候玩玩手机挺好的 我们家孩子那肯定是自由放松的玩手机。因为我们大人也每天都在玩手机，其实也不太影响什么。他在学校都是好好的学习都是没带手机到晚上回家来放松一下大脑看看新闻看看其他他喜欢的东西，我觉得还是可以的这样缓解一下他疲劳的情绪，然后还有增加丰富的知识，确实还是不错的。 当然是可以玩手机了，我觉得不能禁止禁止了，孩子，现在也不知道玩什么好。不管什么年龄阶段的孩子，但是一定要注意到他的眼睛，不能一直盯着手机，看这样确实对她的眼睛不好，但是偶尔看看手机或者远距离的看手机还是可以的，可以学到很多知识，可以让他真长见识，这样还是挺好的，我觉得总之我家还是支持他玩手机的，该学习就学习，该放松就放松。 我个人认为还是要严格禁止，我这里有活生生的例子，我侄子上中学的时候刚好遇到疫情期间，上课在家里，管的不严，拿着手机，每次都是上课把自己关到自己房间不让我们进去，到考试的时候考了三百多分，后来上学初三把手机给收了，管了一年，初三中考考了五百多分呢，最起码高中考上了， 禁不住，就不要硬禁。
