text-indent: 2.11764em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 1px;'><span leaf="">据了解，我省鼓励支持企业开发形式多样的“生育友好岗”，重点引导生产制造、住宿餐饮、数字经济、文创经济等领域探索“生育友好岗”就业模式。各级人社部门将把“生育友好岗”纳入“家门口就业驿站”、“15分钟就业服务圈”、零工市场服务内容。</span></span></p><p style='font-size: 17px; text-indent: 2.11764em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 1px;'><span leaf="">《通知》明确，设立“生育友好岗”的部门和单位将享受一定的优惠措施。试点县（市、区）人社部门对育儿群体积极参加“生育友好岗”岗前培训、技能提升培训的，将按规定落实职业培训补贴政策；对用人单位招用就业困难育儿群体人员的，按规定落实社会保险补贴；对吸纳就业多、社会影响好的“生育友好岗”用人单位，在申请就业见习单位、参加“促进就业先进企业（组织）”等评选中予以优先考虑；对“生育友好岗”用人单位，省妇联将优先给予妇女就业创业项目、资金支持及表彰激励。</span></span></p><p style='font-size: 17px;
