outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">西康线自启动研究论证工作以来，项目规划选址和用地预审手续办理，受秦岭核心区生态保护政策收紧、资源落实条件变化、下游市场发展不及预期等多重因素影响，前期工作推进缓慢。近期，按照“长输管道建设适度超前”原则，从优化全省管道干线布局、提高资源配置效率、保障天然气安全稳定供应等因素入手，对该项目可行性进行了重新研究论证，并纳入企业投资计划。截至目前，已多次实地踏勘，对接沿线自然资源、林业、交通运输、水利、生态环境等部门，组织审查西康线预可研报告初稿，破解目标市场用气量较小、投资收益比达不到最低要求等问题，同时积极挖掘潜在供气用户，增加沿线用气量概算，提升项目投资收益比，尽快推动投资决策过会，力争项目早日开工建设。</span></span></p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
