作为一家渭南人我们家夏天常吃的有凉面配绿豆汤有浆水鱼鱼有各种凉菜都是为降温解暑 夏天天气热，我就吃面皮，凉粉这些，绿豆稀饭是经常吃，防暑，我吃面皮自己做，早上没事就和面洗面，沉淀好就蒸，配上蒜泥和黄瓜丝真是可口有凉爽， 夏天我特别喜欢吃凉皮和凉拌的一些蔬菜，特别是凉皮加黄瓜，那是绝配，冰冰凉凉的，太好吃了，还可以喝稀饭加上凉拌菜真的是一绝，夏天减肥是挺好的，吃点清淡的蔬菜，少吃受累一下就会变瘦，大家一定要控制自己的体重，不要长得太肥胖，愿大家都开开心心过夏天 当然，早上就吃稀饭包子，中午就吃凉皮儿或者一些其他面食，晚上就吃点凉拌菜，少吃点米饭，我觉得吃着健康是最好的，所以大家不要吃的太油腻，少吃点肉类 我每天吃的比较清淡吧，因为这样对身体比较好。之前因为太胖了，所以说出现各种各样的身体问题。所以现在吃的比较少也比较清淡，喜欢吃凉皮儿或者一些凉拌蔬菜。总之很少吃肉类吃多了，会有女儿会长胖头脑也不清晰。把每天该补充的肉类蛋白质补充好就可以了，一定要注重身体健康。 我吃的可健康了，每天都吃的比较营养，牛奶鸡蛋，还有一些牛肉蛋白质这些都要补充。然后我最喜欢吃的就是早餐包子，晚上和中午那就吃点比较凉拌的东西特别可口美味，这样对身体也是挺好的。不管吃什么，只要对身体健康就可以了，大家一定要保重自己的身体。 家里最常吃的 莫过于家常便饭而已 没有奢侈的排面和将就 只为了吃饱不饿 家里人吃的是饭 也是温暖 和睦

我个人是，白天吃的很少，因为太热了没有食欲， 夏天没有啥爱吃不爱吃的，只要可口就行， 最常吃的就是绿豆汤！解暑 吃什么都无所谓，清爽点的。
