本人选素的，易消化的！ 说起自助餐，大家第一印象就是便宜，平常的每个人只需要七八十块钱，一想里面的菜的种类就有几十样了，上百样有水果，有饮料还以为自己赚到了，但里面就有很多的套路
像我之前去一些自助餐厅的话，到店后在桌子上、墙上筷筒都贴有一个标签的“多拿少取，浪费罚款”
看似是提醒的标签，实际上在心理上无时无刻的提醒我：“浪费会被扣钱”，导致我宁愿选择拿一点，也不要最后被扣钱，吃多少拿多少的想法
有一些餐厅还会限制用餐的时间，像我之前去的自助餐就只能就餐90分钟，超时也是会被罚款的。这就导致我产生一种很紧张的心理，进去猛猛的吃饱腹感很快就上来，而且吃东西的时候老是看惊慌时间不够导致食欲的降低
自助餐厅里面其实还有很多类似的套路，总是把饮料以及具有饱腹感的食品和面包放在显眼的地方让人看到产生兴趣，这背后其实都是餐饮老板的套路，让你一步一步走了进去，而且浑不知鬼不觉地让你进入了这个圈套中 咋可能吃回本，像我这种一吃就饱的人还没开吃就结束了哈哈…现在自助餐里也没啥好吃的，我爱吃鱼，吃虾，吃肉，再就是豆制品。剩下的也没啥可吃的了 肯定吃不回本，我吃自助餐先拿点牛排，饮料很少喝，再就是烤牛肉，再就是蔬菜，反正吃不回本 一般人都是吃不回本的 根本就吃不回本。没进去之前觉得很饿能多吃点，可进去后一盘素菜就觉得吃的差不多了。 想自助餐吃回本，我肯定是不能的，别问我为什么，饭量小呗，一盘绿色就搞定的饭量，就不要再问我为什么，不减肥，减肥的话就不吃了呗。 不能，喜欢吃蔬菜类的
