这舍不得可不是矫情。暑假能连肝游戏的少年，开学前生物钟被暴力切换。从家里的“小皇帝”到学校被约束的学生，角色转换的撕裂感让孩子不知所措。
孩子有开学焦虑时，情绪上会莫名烦躁或低落，行为上拖延作业、抗拒谈学校，生理上还会失眠、没胃口。就像朋友圈说的，行李箱装着零食却装不下想赖家的心，带着这些舍不得，孩子们也只能带着牵挂出发。 我们的孩子毕业好多年了，
