这个我最有发言权了，以前年轻时候几乎不在家里吃，天天的外边，渭南市所有的美食几乎都吃过，现在年龄大了，奇怪的是，外边的饭怎么就吃不成了，就拿早餐，外边的包子就吃不成，一吃就难受好几天，一日三餐全部在家吃，按照相对论来说，对每个人都是平衡的。

我觉得生活就应该享受一点，以前是舍不得吃，舍不得穿生活还是过成这样？我觉得现在应该想开一点，每个星期出去外面吃一点不一样的美食，犒劳一下自己和家人，生活也是这样过去的，所以说一定要过得开心快乐，所以说一个星期去外面吃一次，平时就在家里做饭，这样既健康也得到了口味满足，在外面吃点不一样的食物，心情会很好的，而且还会体验不同地方的美食，我觉得这样还是挺好的

我觉得应该自己做比较健康，我们家平时都是自己做饭，偶尔出去外面吃一次，偶尔吃一下外面的不同的美食，在家里自己不会做的，做不来的，感受一下全国各地的美食，我觉得还是挺好的，总之解馋吗？每个人都想吃美食，所以说偶尔在外面吃一次还是可以的，也不会花太多钱，自己在家里做得还是挺健康的，这样的生活只要健康平安就可以了。

平时都是自己做饭啊。自己做饭想吃什么就做什么，想买什么也可以买什么，也可以在大商场大超市买不同的美食，回来吃，我觉得这样还是挺好的。但是偶尔出去吃一下，还是不错的，去感受一下，各个口味都没事，这样也会得到口味的满足。所以为了健康，总之在家里自己做饭把胃吃一次还是可以的这样真的还是不错的。

平时都是自己在家里做饭，我觉得在家里做饭，我是很开心的，可以做各种各样的菜，可以学习各种各样的美食。这样可以锻炼自己做更好的菜。以前不会做菜，现在喜欢上吃美食，所以说还是会做很多很多的菜。解馋的话就是偶尔出去吃一下烧烤吃一下火锅，我觉得还是挺好的，这样会这样会挺开心的，还是很不错的。所以我觉得偶尔出去吃一次，平时就在家里吃，还是很开心，很开心的。
