outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; line-height: 1.6; letter-spacing: 0.034em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>“净网—2025”专项行动开展以来，新疆公安机关依法严厉打击涉网违法犯罪活动，破获一批案件、打击处置一批违法犯罪人员，确保网络空间清朗有序。10月23日，公布了一批典型案例。网络谣言、网络暴力案例喀什地区汪某编造发布“某酒店房间里的矿泉水不能喝，都被注入传染病毒”的谣言信息。巴音郭楞蒙古自治州刘某为博取关注，对两名路边醉酒人员拍摄视频，并配文“两条年轻的生命就这样没了”谣言信息。喀什地区高某为增加账号粉丝量，编造发布“某地结婚，国家补贴一套楼房及现金红包”谣言信息。吐鲁番市冯某发布“某地3万元就能买新娘回家”谣言信息。伊犁哈萨克自治州库某多次在他人抖音直播过程中恶意评论并谩骂侮辱他人。侵犯公民个人信息案例伊犁州白某为非法获利，通过物业人员槐某以及另一家装修公司李某、梁某等人非法获取、买卖公民个人信息。湖北籍人员宁某发布帮助他人非法查询个人信息网帖，有偿向他人提供查询公民个人信息非法获利。乌鲁木齐市赵某、王某利用职务便利搜集死亡人员信息贩卖给殡葬服务人员，从中非法牟取利益。帮助信息网络犯罪活动案例阿克苏地区阿某受从事黑灰产违法犯罪人员蛊惑，通过通讯群组发布收购网络平台虚拟账号有害信息，低价购入实名注册账号，并高价出售给从事黑灰产违法犯罪人员非法获利。喀什地区阿某、安某2人被电信网络诈骗分子拉拢利用，通过架设“GOIP”（简易组网设备）方式，帮助实施电信网络犯罪活动并从中非法获利。伊犁州沙某利用营业厅上班职务之便，非法办理手机卡并出售给阿某，阿某伙同阿某某利用购买的手机卡帮助电信网络诈骗分子拨打涉诈电话非法获利。网络色情、网络赌博案例乌鲁木齐市徐某发展多名代聊人员，通过网络平台进行引流招嫖，利用社交软件组织失足妇女进行卖淫活动。吐鲁番市沙某、依某通过涉赌网站参与网络赌博违法活动。阿克苏地区张某通过在即时通讯群组中招揽赌客，利用线下“捕鱼机”组织赌博，为赌客充值上分并以转账方式进行赌资结算。上述案例中违法人员均已被公安机关依法打击处置。（来源：@新疆网警）<p style='-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
