露天焚烧秸秆！渭南一村民被罚款500元

1px;'>③依据第119条第二款，违反本法规定，在人口集中地区和其他依法需要特殊保护的区域内，焚烧沥青、油毡、橡胶、塑料、皮革、垃圾以及其他产生有毒有害烟尘和恶臭气体的物质的，由县级人民政府确定的监督管理部门责令改正，对单位处1万元以上10万元以下的罚款，对个人处500元以上2000元以下的罚款。</span></span></p><p style='letter-spacing: 农村只能回到四十多年前的生活状态了，盘几个炕，再盘个锅，秸秆只能烧炕、烧锅了，不然这个东西真没什么办法消耗掉了！农民好苦啊
