冬至吃饺子的传说
冬至吃饺子，主要是为了纪念东汉名医张仲景发明“祛寒娇耳汤”救治冻伤百姓的善举。
相传东汉末年，张仲景辞官返乡时正值寒冬，见南阳白河两岸的百姓因饥寒交迫，耳朵被冻伤溃烂。他命弟子在冬至日搭起医棚，支起大锅熬制“祛寒娇耳汤”：将羊肉、花椒、肉桂等驱寒药材煮熟切碎，用面皮包裹成耳朵形状的“娇耳”，分发给百姓食用。人们食用后浑身发热，冻伤的耳朵逐渐痊愈。
后世为纪念张仲景的恩德，人们便模仿“娇耳”制作食物，逐渐演变为今天的饺子，并形成冬至吃饺子的习俗。 肉是现买的，自己用绞肉机绞的，面是现活的，自己擀的饺子皮。饺子是现包的，两种馅，一荤一素，荤的是猪肉大葱韭菜木耳馅，素的是韭菜鸡蛋香菇鳞虾馅。爱吃啥吃啥，主打一个鲜香。 今天吃的啥馅饺子？
