text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-decoration-style: solid; text-decoration-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 16px; font-family: mp-quote, -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif;"><span leaf="">执行有力度，更有温度。在另一起合同纠纷案件中，被执行人李某因担心法院处置其用于维持全家生计的门面房，一直躲避执行。执行干警拘传李某后，并未急于采取拘留措施，而是主动了解其家庭实际困难，耐心倾听其诉求。同时，积极与申请执行人沟通协调，从情理法多角度进行劝导。最终，在干警的不懈努力下，双方达成和解协议，李某当场偿还2万元，剩余款项约定分期支付，僵持已久的纠纷得以妥善化解。“没想到法院这么体谅我的难处，我一定会按时履行还款义务，不辜负这份信任。”李某感动地说。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2.5;
