box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">正德十六年正月正值明代皇权更迭的关键节点，同年三月明武宗朱厚照驾崩，兴献王之子朱厚熜入京即位为嘉靖帝，中枢政局短暂波动，而此碑的刊立，也有力印证了彼时西安秦藩建制稳固、内部运转有序，未受朝廷政局变动的过多波及，还原了明中后期西北藩府的真实存续图景。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">结合《明史·职官志》《明会典》等明代权威文献考证，文中“秦府”即明代西安秦王府，为明太祖朱元璋次子秦愍王朱樉的藩邸。秦藩自洪武年间就藩西安，世代镇守西北边陲，封地广袤、实力雄厚，素有“天下第一藩封”的美誉，王府内官体系效仿宫廷建制，层级分明、权责明晰。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;
