margin-bottom: 2px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="宋体" size="3">软式内镜床旁预处理是内镜诊疗院感防控 “第一道防线”，直接决定清洗消毒质量与患者医疗安全。针对临床预处理合格率偏低、流程不统一、清洗液使用不规范、操作标准缺失等痛点问题，项目团队运用FOCUS-PDCA 质量管理工具 ，从发现问题、成立专项小组、现状核查、根因分析到流程优化、培训落地、质控闭环，开展全链条质量改进。</font></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.125em; margin-bottom: 2px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="宋体" size="3">项目实施以来，团队制定标准化SOP、优化用物配置、推行清洗液“一用一更换”、开展分层培训与三级质控，实现预处理合格率从32%提升至92%以上，有效降低生物膜形成与交叉感染风险，每年节约运行成本超 13 万元，形成可复制、可推广的消化内镜预处理改进模式，相关成果已在区域消化内镜护理学术会议推广并获一致好评。</font></span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section class="js_darkmode__33" style='-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
