STSong;'>严格遵守《中华人民共和国价格法》《明码标价和禁止价格欺诈规定》等法律法规。各经营者要遵循公开、公平、诚实信用的原则，加强价格自律，依法诚信经营，履行社会责任，共同维护好市场价格秩序，不得利用价格手段侵犯消费者的合法权益、扰乱市场价格秩序。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.11764em;line-height: 1.75;margin-bottom: 10px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>二、规范标价行为，做到公开透明公示。</span></strong><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>要在经营场所醒目位置公示或通过其他有效方式向消费者公示服务内容、项目、收费标准、收费依据、减免政策、服务流程、服务规范和投诉举报电话等信息，价格变动应及时调整，不得在标价之外加价出售商品或提供服务，不得收取任何未予标明的费用。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.11764em;line-height: 1.75;margin-bottom: 10px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>三、严禁哄抬物价，坚决杜绝价格乱象。</span></strong><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>不得捏造、散布涨价信息，推动相关商品和服务价格大幅度上涨；不得在销售商品或者提供服务过程中，强制搭售商品或者服务，变相大幅度提高商品或者服务价格；不得在成本未明显增加时大幅度提高商品和服务价格。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.11764em;line-height: 1.75;margin-bottom: 10px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>四、坚守价格契约，规范住宿行业秩序。</span></strong><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>酒店、宾馆等住宿行业经营者要履行价格承诺，对通过电商平台、直播销售等渠道预订房间生效订单，不得单方面毁约或者擅自提高价格。提供客房用品收费的，应标明收费范围、收费标准，提供洗涤、订票等有偿服务的，应标明收费项目及收费标准等信息。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.11764em;line-height: 1.75;margin-bottom: 10px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>五、统一标价标准，规范餐饮行业经营。</span></strong><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>餐饮行业经营者要严格落实明码标价制度。点菜单、价签或店内其他点菜工具对同一种类、同一规格菜品的标价应当统一，不得出现“两套菜单”，不得出现“时令价”等模糊标价。实行先消费后结算的，应当在结算前向消费者出具结算清单，列明所消费的项目、价格以及总收费金额等信息。提供外卖打包服务的，要将外卖打包费明码标价。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;text-indent: 2.11764em;line-height: 1.75;margin-bottom: 10px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>六、强化行业自律，全面提升服务品质。</span></strong><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>严格遵守行业服务标准规范，加强员工职业素养、服务技能培训，推行文明服务、微笑服务。保持经营场所干净整洁，优化服务流程，减少消费者等候时间。畅通投诉渠道，快速、主动、妥善处置消费纠纷，切实维护消费者合法权益。树立以人为本的服务理念，严格对照行业标准规范服务，做到热情周到、文明待客。鼓励有条件的酒店结合实际，提供延迟退房、提前供餐、设置专用休息区等便利服务，以优质服务提升满意度与城市美誉度。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.11764em;line-height: 1.75;margin-bottom: 10px;'><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>根据《中华人民共和国价格法》《明码标价和禁止价格欺诈规定》《价格违法行为行政处罚规定》等法律法规规定，对各类价格违法违规行为将依法从严处置：<strong>一是</strong>不明码标价或明码标价不规范的，责令改正，没收违法所得，并处违法所得5倍以下的罚款；没有违法所得的，处10万元以上100万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，责令停业整顿或者吊销营业执照。<strong>二是</strong>经营者相互串通，操纵市场价格，造成商品价格较大幅度上涨的，责令改正，没收违法所得，并处违法所得5倍以下的罚款；没有违法所得的，处10万元以上100万元以下的罚款，情节较重的处100万元以上500万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，责令停业整顿，或者吊销营业执照。<strong>三是</strong>经营者违反价格法规定，推动商品价格过快、过高上涨行为之一的，责令改正，没收违法所得，并处违法所得5倍以下的罚款；没有违法所得的，处5万元以上50万元以下的罚款，情节较重的处50万元以上300万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，责令停业整顿，或者吊销营业执照。</span></p><p STSong;'>自本提醒告诫函发布之日起，市场监管、商务部门等部门将加大市场价格监督检查和保供储备情况巡查检查力度，依法查处价格违法行为。对情节严重、影响恶劣的价格违法行为，依法从严从重从快查处，构成犯罪的，将依法移送公安机关，对典型违法案件将通过新闻媒体和微信公众号公开曝光，切实维护市场秩序。</span></p><p style='text-indent:
