box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">本届大赛聚焦医院运营管理中的痛点与突破性实践。医院参赛项目以早期康复介入为切入点，围绕组织架构重塑、诊疗流程标准化、多学科协同机制、信息化支撑体系及绩效激励导向五大维度，系统梳理实践成果，创新路径清晰、提质增效显著，获得评审专家组一致好评。这一荣誉是行业权威专家对医院深耕临床康复一体化、创新精细化运营管理实践的充分肯定。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1563em; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">当前，国家康复医疗规范化建设持续提速，早期康复介入已上升为医疗质量管控的刚性要求。国家卫健委《2026年国家医疗质量安全改进目标》（国卫办医政函〔2026〕63号）明确要求全面推行临床早期康复介入、组建多学科康复协作团队，将康复干预贯穿诊疗全过程。然而，传统模式下康复工作多集中于治疗结束后，极易错失患者功能恢复的黄金窗口期；急性期规范化早期康复干预，则能有效减少并发症、降低再入院风险、缩短平均住院日，推动早期康复落地势在必行。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1563em; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">为此，市中心医院从顶层设计入手，建立全院协同推进机制，分层召开工作部署、跨科协调、阶段复盘及全院推广专题会议，清晰界定医务、康复、临床、护理、运营等岗位职责，破除学科壁垒。同时，依托院内宣传阵地持续普及早期康复政策、典型案例与实践成效，切实转变“重治疗、轻康复”的传统观念，牢固树立“早评估、早干预、早康复”的全员诊疗共识。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1563em;
