我媳妇看娃的时候，给她规定了看电视的时间，手机她没有，才上二年级不给买手机，媳妇不在家的时候，娃的奶奶手机多可以给她玩一天，我每次看见了也要说她一句，但是你前脚走她后脚就继续了，所以我的秘诀杀手锏就是我媳妇在家，但这个秘诀也是不常用的，因为还是娃跟奶奶的时间长，以前我俩都上班时，娃一到周末和寒暑假都在她奶奶家。

和孩子协商制定时间，玩手机的时间和写作业的时间。比如每天看多长时间，定的规矩说到做到。以这样的方法，就能缓解一点孩子玩手机的时间
