小时候会。小时候的头脑简单，想法简单，那时候会为了合群，强迫自己融入不喜欢的圈子。现在的我不会了，日子是过给自己的，不喜欢就远离呗，为何要强迫自己，做自己不喜欢的事

真正的“不合群”其实是筛选。 强行融入的圈子，本质是“虚假的归属感”。它既给不了你资源，也给不了你情绪价值，反而会让你怀疑自己是不是有问题。不喜欢的圈子主动远离，其实是在给对的人腾位置。
