size="3">随后，服务团队前往西北农林科技大学白水苹果试验站，围绕苹果新品种召开知识产权保护专题座谈会。会上，双方共同分析了白水县“苹果产业”商标品牌建设现状，重点梳理研判了“三瑞苹果”知识产权保护目前存在的困难和可能面临的侵权风险，从商标注册、续展、规范使用及维权保护等方面提出具体指导意见，并指出试验站应进一步增强知识产权保护意识，系统梳理商标注册及专利申请情况，及时开展商标续展、专利维持及防御性注册，防止商标和专利因未及时维护而失效，同时积极推动西北农林科技大学“沉睡专利”转化运用，促进创新成果更好服务地方产业发展。</font></span></p></section></section></section></section><section
