另外地里的荠荠菜，拉拉菜都是春季二月上好的野菜！野菜可以做菜疙瘩，也可以做荠菜馅饺子，可以和肉和馅，也可以和鸡蛋，木耳，放到一起，包出来的素菜馅饺子也是非常好吃！
再过半个月香椿芽炒鸡蛋也是非常好吃的野菜！

1.荠菜豆腐羹
- 荠菜焯水切碎，嫩豆腐切丁，热油炒香姜末，加水煮沸后勾薄芡，撒蛋花，荠菜碎一滚，鲜到眉毛跳舞！
2. 野葱鸡蛋饼
- 野葱切碎和蛋液搅匀，摊成金黄蛋饼，配一碗白粥，是山野晨光的味道。
烟火气十足的「狂野派」
1. 香椿油泼辣子面
- 香椿芽焯水剁碎，煮好的宽面淋上热辣油，撒香椿碎和花生碎，一口香到灵魂出窍。
2. 蕨菜腊肉炒藜蒿
