学会拒绝！！ 学会拒绝，不做老好人
不是从不拒绝，就证明关系好，也不是从不拒绝，就能用讨好换来别人的喜欢。
我以前就是个老好人，无论别人有什么要求，我都尽量满足。就像红极一时的偶像剧《命中注定我爱你》中的便利贴女孩一样，身上贴满了要帮别人做的事。当然，我既没有人家的颜值，也没有王子拯救我。
反而因为浪费了大量本该用来充实自己的时间，做了很多无意义的事。比如帮人奔波好远带饭，帮人天天打水，打扫卫生。
与其说我是帮别人做事，不如说我想用讨好换来别人的爱。樊登老师曾说过一句话，大意是：讨好，是变相的索取。
讨好，永远都换不来真心，只能被人看轻，健康的人际交往都是基于彼此平等，互帮互助的基础上，而不是来者不拒，一味讨好。
有些原则，必须坚持
大学时，有个舍友喜欢逃课睡懒觉。
她让我老师点名的时候，帮忙答"到"，学生那么多，老师也听不出来。
但是我胆小，我不敢也不想糊弄老师，就没答应。
她很不高兴，说：举手之劳而已，帮个小忙都不行吗？
虽然是小事，可我也不想欺骗老师，万一被发现，也很不好，虽然不会怎样，但是对老师太不尊重了。
每个人的原则和底线各不相同，却是各自内心的坚守。如果随意打破，那么原则 和底线也就失去了应有的意义和价值，做事会越来越随意，甚至逐渐失去自我。
大家都是第一次做人，不要因为不好意思拒绝，强迫自己做内心不愿意做的事，或者答应别人超出自己能力范围内的事情，好的感情从不靠压迫自我维持。
该拒绝时，就拒绝，否则，于己于人，都会是一场灾难。 相信很多人都遇到过这种情况，有人找我们帮忙，即使我们很不愿意，但碍于情面，也不会说“不”。但是你知道吗？不敢拒绝他人也是种心理障碍，我已在慢慢克服！
我不是会说不的人，随着年龄的增长我要学着说不 学会说不，自己才能少损失。比如有人让我担保，借钱这些直接拒绝，一时看似得罪人，但后面不用后悔。 不擅长说不，有次一个不熟的朋友突然打电话让帮忙用我跟老公名义办贷款额为20万的信用卡，我说我老公信用有逾期办不成，他说没事，可以想办法，我又说了个回绝的理由，他有办法…最后实在没辙了，我就直接说：不好意思，我实在不想贷款…然后他就挂了！很庆幸当时没有答应，因为他又找另一个朋友办贷款卡，结果给人家经常逾期…说好用一年，结果三年了硬催的还了 你是一个会说“不”的人吗？有哪些因不懂拒绝而受到的委屈？
