有一天，儿子从渭南回到西安，给我们带了两份孜然夹馍，份量足，菜味孜然味出头，入口香有嚼头，才知道年轻人都喜欢吃渭南北塘的孜然夹馍。

晌午的市井间，水盆羊肉的清汤泛着琥珀光。羊腩炖得酥烂如云，掰开月牙烧饼浸入汤中，吸饱了肉香的馍块，恰似《荷塘月色》里浮在水面的白莲，带着青蒜与香菜的涟漪，熨帖着游子的胃囊。潼关肉夹馍的香气则裹挟着历史的硝烟，千层烧饼酥脆如金甲，夹着的腊汁肉肥瘦相宜，咬下去时，仿佛能听见韩信木罂渡军的鼓角争鸣。
