现在人口老龄化，七十多岁还在干活，国家也在启动延迟退休，大学毕业了工作不好找，读研读博，出来就30了，这次两会就有代表建议，取消公务员考试三十五岁年龄限制。我认为应该取消三十五这个限制

如果现在35岁你面临换工作那真的太难找工作了，很多企业都要求35以上的直接不要，所以这个问题值得深思，大家一定要提升自己的能力免得被社会被企业淘汰

35岁其实正值壮年，是家庭和社会的顶梁柱，正是一个人技能经验知识、时间精力、资源关系组合都最佳的时候，正是为社会做贡献产生价值的时候，也是一个人一生中家庭个人压力最大的时候，全家人都要依靠这一对中年夫妻，如果突然失业找不到工作，将对本人、家庭、子女都带来巨大的影响，乃至社会也进而被影响

这个要看做啥了吧，年龄确实是个限制，有些工作真的做不了，特别是女性，结婚生娃后，有些人辞职以后过几年再想工作，确实很难找到合适的，应该给缓缓的时间

就业危机和年龄限制可以联系起来说，有句老话，三十不学艺，这说明人在年轻时候，学东西快，记忆力好，过了三十五门槛，更别说有勇气去挑战新的事业，只能按部就班接受现实。这虽然不无道理，但是我个人认为，如果你对自己的现状很不满意，那就要接受新的挑战，撇弃三十五年龄门槛，敢于尝试，说不定就成功了。无论就业是否出现危机，都应该放下身段，告诉自己，从零开始，撸起袖子加油干，一步一个脚印，走过去，前面一个天。

这个年纪按理应该是工作十年了，如果这个时候去找工作确实不容易除非你那个方面有特长而且很优秀。现在社会就业压力越来越大。所以我们对工作要上心一点，在平凡的工作岗位上干出不平凡的成绩。
