压力大了，减压方式：A，以前骑山地车200公里，连上上几次龙尾坡。B，现在跑步减压，30公里够不够，不够再整个全马

压力每个人都有，就看压力有多大，都说压力大动力大，我看未必，压力大人都快崩溃了，那来的动力，压力大我会出去走走，散散心，找个知心的朋友说说心里话，释放一下就过去了，再大的压力还是要面对的，

当我有压力的时候，我肯定是去健身房运动。因为现在工作生活压力都是挺大的。每个星期可能要去一次健身房。发泄一下自己的情绪。不然的话回家就容易给家人闹矛盾。这样就影响到家庭关系。所以大家适量的运动还是对自己解压的。

个人观点，如果压力大的话，一般我会一个人待到房间里，不开灯，挑一首喜欢听的歌，单曲循环，然后流一蹦子眼泪，哭一会，基本差不多就缓解了。再不行就是去公园里一个人坐一会，插上耳机，听会喜欢的歌。看着公园的景色，坐上一两个小时，基本也都缓解了！！！

怎么解压，当家里有个叛逆期的神善时，怎么解压都不行，还得好言好语哄着，好吃的伺候着，她高兴了，我什么压力也没有。
