今天才看到话费短信，发现一直用的包月套餐又额外没月收了16元的增值业务费，也不知道是什么服务，打电话给客服，他们说从去年十二月就开通了这项服务，可我并不知晓，他们态度很好的帮我退了三个月的。这算不算是坑呢，如果没发现的人，是不是就每月多收了钱。 自微信上市后，通信上的短信费直线下降，收不上钱了，况且人现也很少用了。这应该是个原因；还有跨区费等也没了。剩下来就没几个能收的了！那就在升信号玩流量上做文章吧。

坑很多的，说送流量，但是送1个月，以后还得继续交费，还不能取消 电信卡。。想着不用了，不欠费就行。去注销时还必须要把当月的套餐费交了，以后打死都不用电信 还行吧，用的电信，信号挺好。 套餐只能越来越贵 移动公司私自改动套餐，电话突然欠费了，一查才发现套餐变了，打10086，还不好好解决。 你一直用人家的卡你就避免不了踩坑， 联通，电信，移动都用过，好像没有太大的坑，有宽带安装问题投诉 打过一次12300，得到合理解决。目前两个卡，月费用70 防不胜防啊！
