我印象中乱停乱放最严重的就是二马路，本来路就窄，路边两行尽是车，想买个东西都没办法停车，还有用电动车，物品占车位的。短短的二马路上两个小学，一到早晚高峰接送孩子的时间，堵实实了{:qqemoji21:} 人多、学校多、闹事区的地方都堵，正常很，堵了才才能彰显出大城市的风范木，农村为撒不堵，因为没有堵的条件木，城镇化就是这样的，正常现象 我经常路过的地方，西三路南段，西潼路北，路东收费车位，路西没有车位，但车停的满满的，中间几乎成单行道了，希望交警加强管理，加大处罚力度 就大的范围来说，街道狭窄且停车位紧张的片区，比如老城区，无疑是乱停乱放最为严重的区域，比如老城街，平峰时段都会遇到双排停车的。按时段分的话，集贸市场，学校门口，一部分医院门口的交通，在高峰期简直一言难尽，因为总有车辆见缝插针，在没地方停的情况下随便找个地方，比如二院门口的公交站台，渭南小学门口的人行道和非机动车道，甚至别的单位的出入口，停自己的车，让别人无路可走。
说到底还是车多车位少惹的祸。
昨天走的高新区一马路到三马路之间的一条路，双向四车道，全程没有非机动车道，因为两边都停满了车，甚至有那么几辆车直接停在了机动车道上，打着双闪，车里却没有人。
所以就问咱渭南有没有大容量的立体式停车场或地下停车场呢？ 我印象里好像这个话题说过，每个人都觉得自己活动范围内乱停乱放比较严重，我个人认为导致车辆乱停乱放的原因有车主的个人素质，公德心不够，周围停车位配套比较少。 因为我没有开车 我对这个乱停乱放还真的没有概念 但是我感觉西二路那一条街都是乱停乱放的 严重影响交通，有时候骑个电动车都得走到对面的车道上才能过去 太操心 太危险了 还有那个 上水那一条街 路只剩下一个人才能走过去 唉 感觉没有那条街没有乱停乱放的！人多车多已成为渭南一大隐患！随着生活水平不断提高，购车人越来越多，前期各个小区都没有完整的停车场，导致现在的见缝插针！虽然有关部门极力拓展公共停车位，但收效甚微！还得继续努力，有条件了做到百米停车场！ 我见过最乱的地方可能就是东府景园了。
乱停乱放在各大城市都普遍存在，一个是人口密集区，一个是商场市场区，车位少，车多，还有车位收费标准不统一，有钱的人买多个车位，没钱的人想租个车位都困难，还有就是个别个人素养缺陷的人不按常理停车都是导致车位乱停乱放的主要原因。纯属个人意见 居住小区周边及商场，车位太少或受限 感觉到处都有 二马路，与三马路早晚上下班孩子上下学那是堵呀 小区密集和商贸繁华的区域乱停乱放就严重 这个现象好像挺多的。。人多车多。。 各小区周围停车困难！
主要原因是小区停车费太大，空置率高！
