量大量小要科学。 每天运动坚持不了，一周运动三四次，一次一个多小时，今年跑步2600公里，减量了 我每天坚持运动半小时左右，已经坚持一年多了。一开始我也像很多想靠跑步健身减肥的人一样，纠结跑多久合适。后来了解到跑步20 - 45分钟是黄金时长，心率保持在114 - 152之间最安全，超过60分钟收益不增反增风险。我就控制自己的运动时间，每次跑半小时左右。而且跑姿也很关键，身体微前倾，脚掌落地，关节滑液循环才顺畅。坚持这一年多，我明显感觉身体素质变好了，精神状态也更佳。运动不用拼时长，简单坚持就会有收获。 生命在于运动，我从上学时期就养成爱锻炼的习惯，由于工作地点和环境的变换，也收到影响和坚持，随着年龄的增长锻炼方式和方法我有所改变，现在每周至少锻炼三次，包括跑步、散步、拉单杠、仰卧起坐、跳舞等等，我也偶尔听听养生方面的专业讲座，我的身体不是最好，也不是最差，但愿我今后一如既往的坚持下去。 早晚各40分钟，不过忙的时候就免了；运动后的感觉肯定是与不运动是不一样的。长期的运动身体有韧性，全身都是轻松的，所以我运动我快乐。 我每天会专门抽出时间运动的。大约半个多小时。基本上都是在晚上吃完晚饭以后休息半个小时后开始运动。因为必须要在睡觉前将体内多余的脂肪和血糖排出去，这样对身体健康有益。 我会每天专门抽时间运动的，一般会安排 30-45分钟左右。不用搞太复杂的高强度训练，要么是傍晚出门快走加慢跑，要么在家跟着视频做些拉伸和核心训练，主要是为了让身体保持活力，不至于久坐之后浑身发僵。 每天都会安排运动，没有具体时间，60分钟左右，如果特殊情况下我会安排10分钟的拉伸运动。
最经常做且天天都在做的运动就是拉伸和泡沫轴按摩放松肌肉，是我觉得身体最受益且最舒服的训练啦，哪怕你不做有氧或者无氧或者力量训练，都要保持日常的拉伸和泡沫轴的按摩放松。
再说一句题外话，如果非要我推荐买的健身装备我第一个推荐的就是泡沫轴，我们整个身体的肌肉长时间的疲劳或者有些部位的肌肉处于紧张的状态，都需要我们把它的肌肉给揉捏放松按摩。 我每天都会坚持运动，把孩子送完后，做有氧无氧运动一个半小时，所以二十年来一直保持93-95斤，身高162而且也有马甲线。锻炼不单纯是为了美，更多的是为了健康的美，为了再吃不胖的美。 爱好慢跑，做到每天太难了，倒是能做到一星期至少四次晨跑，5到10公里不定，路线也不定。再过几天就是整整15年了！
